Incredible staff…polite, hilarious, well spoken…but no treats! Riley is amazing & is beyond gentle! Came in due to auto accident, where both menisci were torn from the root. Only solution, unfortunately, is knee replacement surgery. Would highly recommend to anyone requiring physio. .
All staff are very nice and considerate
Booked a 7 am appointment a week in advance. They called me 30 minutes before and told me that my booking was canceled due to a sick call. I called in and they could not accommodate me for the same day. Awful first impression, will not be booking with this company again.
