I had injury at work I was hesitant to go to any physiotherapy but when I talked with Ceri lady at reception I felt welcome and my physiotherapist Morgan made me so comfortable I was easily able to express my pain and Lorena there assistant is very nice I feel that every one at this clinic is very efficient and friendly and they make us very comfortable!!
I was referred to this clinic after my motor vehicle accident in 2023. Initially, I was hesitant since the therapist was male, but Bayo quickly put me at ease with his professionalism and respect for privacy. The clinic has been very accommodating with appointment scheduling, and Keri is excellent at handling direct billing with my insurance.
