I was very pleased with Lindsay’s expertise today (in respect to my Right Knee replacement ‘post-surgery’ physiotherapy). I look forward to working with her (weekly) over the next few months. Other staff members (like Ryan, & Sara) were helpful & friendly too.
I see Darcy at this location - so nicely renovated (recently done) and hes the best physio there is. So nice, understanding and takes time to help you understand whats going on. Couldnt recommend enough
ABHORRANT customer service!!! When Muge Brown quit the clinic NOBODY made the effort to contact her patients and re-schedule their appointments. INCOMPETENT reception and UNPROFESSIONAL silly office staff who act dazed and confused when patients arrive for their appointments with Muge weeks after her departure (yes the waitlist is that long). DO BETTER Oakridge Panther Sports Medicine!!! The service you supposedly offer is too important to be SOOOOO IRRESPONSIBLE.
I was diagnosed with vestibular neuritis in the fall of 2024 and began seeing Muge within a few weeks. She was the only professional (including ER doctors, family doctors, chiropractors and even ENT specialist) that I dealt with throughout my full treatment and recovery who always took the time to listen and talk to me about what was going on.
