Did physio for my hip with Jay. He was fantastic, and very knowledgeable. I felt a noticeable improvement after the first session already.
Excellent treatment and service I want to show my appreciation specially to Lyn in reception very helpful and polite will recommend this clinic to my friends and family
I have called 7 times trying to see what time my appointment is whoever is working the front on Monday at 4:45 pm is answering the phone ignoring me and hanging up the phone. If you are going to ignore the phone send reminders via text or email I should not even be writing this review right now your only job is to answer the PHONE!
Bad experience. Was going to come here for my physio from an injury 5 years ago. Hilarious secretary had no clue or want to help me period. I don't recommend this place, people in positions they should not be in. No, Alberta coverage? Really, there's better places then this sad case of a physiotherapy place period. Led on like I was a soldier. Then then turned away. Don't go here. Waste of time, guess secretary
