Bad experience. Was going to come here for my physio from an injury 5 years ago. Hilarious secretary had no clue or want to help me period. I don't recommend this place, people in positions they should not be in. No, Alberta coverage? Really, there's better places then this sad case of a physiotherapy place period. Led on like I was a soldier. Then then turned away. Don't go here. Waste of time, guess secretary
Great place for your painful body. After injury.
Doctors prescribe based off lucky guesses. I suffered for years because they would guess, instead of diagnose. Went multiple times, each time they refused to evaluate me, and instead stayed firm on their incorrect diagnosis.
I’ve been seeing Sheba for physio, and she’s honestly fantastic. She’s professional, knows what she’s doing, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. She’s also really kind and makes you feel at ease during every session. I also want to give a big shoutout to Kathy at the front desk. Every time she’s there, she picks up the phone right away and is always respectful, patient, and helpful. Had a great treatment experienced at Panther last Tuesday June 16,2025, Staff are all helpful and accommodating (Ms.Khaty,Ms.Lyn) my therapist is knowledgeable and kind, and I will recommend this clinic to all my family and friends.
