Based on a recommendation from a fellow condo complex owner we engaged Panther Plumbing for an issue that sprung up out of nowhere. The tech sent out could have not been more professional and pleasant. We feared a multi-$1,000 issue and probably could have been sold on an issue as such. But we were advised what the issue was and that the fix will be substantially less than what were getting gearing up for. If and when (we all know it will eventually be a when) another plumbing issues comes up, Panther will be who we call.
I have used Panther for 15 years. They do a good job. More importantly they are always honest
