No pudo encontrar las partes entonces el Señor se comprometio a conseguirlas y cuando fui a recojer el auto ya listo el recibo era mucho mas de lo qué fuera sido hasta con las partes mas costosas. The first thing I did before loving forward with company was asked for pricing . The company stated in order to give pricing the vehicle must be seen. This company stated he will take car of me no problem- no price given. When the company arrive in an older suv with a trailer to tow my car from the dealer- meanwhile I just purchased Triple A there was no reason for his tow assistance but due to lack of communication from the company. I went in 2 weeks ago to get the hub bearing changed on my front passenger seat wheel for a Ford Edge, they changed the part and a few days later the car started shaking violently and we called to explain the issue, we went in to get the problem fixed and according to one of the mechanics the part was not placed correctly and that burnt the steering arm nut, Claudio accepted their fault but refused to fix and change the part that they damaged and kicked me out of the shop and was extremely rude, they will never get another p... read more
