Very nice apartment complex
Managment is freaking awesome!!! But, Inconsiderate neighbors stomping 24/7, DOG FECES all over to the point my kiddo can't play outside unless we leave to go to a park. Not to mention almost getting hit by a car doing 30mph everytime you walk out of your garage is just exhilarating
Very clean and well maintained
I lived in Panther Heights for about a year and was the first tenant to live in my unit. The building is quiet, and on the outskirts of town. While we were apprehensive about the sound the trains nearby would make, it never became an issue/prevent us from sleeping. The building absorbed the sound well, and even with the window open at night we became accustomed to it quickly.
