Shout out to assistant manager, Andreas! He was actually helping out at another location when I met him. This young man took charge of a problem that was not his. He owned it, solved it, and went beyond in customer service to make it right! I can't thank him enough! Clean bathrooms and good food....you can teach anyone to do that. But teach someone to care? That comes from within! He's the guy! Racetrac chain is blessed to have him on the team!

I would like you to send a supervisor to that store, because the cashiers working there aren't very friendly toward the customers who come in to shop. They ring up your items while simultaneously ignoring you; they are always chatting amongst themselves and aren't very polite to people. Please improve this situation.
