Service came out last summer, serviced our units & supposedly cleaned them. New service who came out today said,”Hasn’t been cleaned in years!” 🤬 Beware!
I usually don't write online reviews, but my experience with Panther Creek AC needs to be published. I have a primary residence and two rent homes. I was having issues with one of my units at my primary residence. I called them out to have a look, and they said there was leak in the system somewhere but were unable to locate it. They recharged the system with refrigerant which got it working again. The next spring, the same thing happened.
