I sent my laptop in to have the AC plug soldered. I had to take it back four times. The last time a "a former employee" damaged my motherboard! The speakers and my mouse pad do not work. I called after they had my computer for two months and asked what was going on. He told me he was "awaiting parts". The owner was rude and unprofessional! Steer clear of Panther Computers!
Very unprofessional!
Took my PC to them my PC, i was having a Unmountable Boot Failure error. The Tech took my PC put it right up on his bench and fixed my problem, in less than 30 min mind you. The other shops in town that i took it to told me that I needed a new Harddrive and system reload. Panther computers only charged me $30 to fix my problem. Thank you Joe, and your Wonderful Service.
