I'm very happy with the grill purchase. I wanted to replace my existing grill with one with different dimensions. I couldn't find anyone in Dallas that would do the installation (or show up when they said they would). So, after talking to Panther over the phone, I drove to Fort Worth to buy the grill. They did an outstanding job. It wasn't an easy install because of the different size but they made it look very professional. It's a great family owned business and they seem to genuinely care about earning satisfied customers.
Bad customer service when I called completely ignored my question and continued to ignore my question and started talking to someone and hung up. Do better!!
Panther City went way over and above for our recent backyard reno. They walked us through every step of the process, from concept to completion, and ensured we were in agreement with all aspects of our renovation, down to the last detail. From the very start, I felt comfortable with their approach and they simply delivered, and then some.
