Wash is average. Rinse sucks. Dryers suck. App sucks, oh wait we only have it on ONE phone from years ago because you can't download it because it is not on the App store and they do not give a shit. But they sure take your money and then go radio silent. Time for a BBB complaint
It would be 5 stars if the touchless car wash wasn't broken down fairly often (this seems to be improving recently so I'm updating my review on 10/4/25). The air dry is set too short on timing permitted for the overall cost per wash, and it needs to be aimed at the vehicles from top to bottom, front to back, for low profile cars - not just for other sizes such as SUV's or trucks. I am tired of wasting my money paying for an unlimited membership each month when this is the quality of Carwash that I get. This is ridiculous and it isn’t the 1st time this has happened in both the touchless and soft touch automatic wash bays. These pictures were from last week and I had to immediately pull into the self service wash bay to rinse all of the soap off and spent another $13.75 on top of my monthly membership fee I already pay. Hit or miss on the quality of wash you get. I have had it stop midway through and then kick you out. And then hope someone is there to help you out.
If you want soap residue left on your car then this is the wash for you. Both the soft touch and the touchless. And the dryers are horrible. Trying to support Derby businesses but it's difficult when they aren't good. And they want to charge $30 a month but you are unable to download their app unless you have an iphone. Nothing like telling half the customer base that they mean nothing to you
