My boyfriend and I recently just purchased a Panther built home in Cedar Falls. First and foremost, I walked through multiple Panther and Skogman homes and in my personal opinion the panther builds were much more exquisite. Panther Builders was excellent to work with overall, they built our new home a few years back. We had a custom home built on a wooded lot outside of town. Panther helped us secure the lot, covered finances up front and provided temporary living for us while our home was being built after our previous home sold… nobody else in the area offered anything similar.
