I have contacted the city and a phone number I was given to the person who I was told was in charge of this new development, I have called numerous times and no one answers I have left voicemails and no call backs, this is what my driveway looks like after heavy rain, I have cleaned it up twice, and every time it rains the mud slides right back, how would you like it if you came home to this every day for the last 2 weeks? My wife and I built our Ashley plan with Panther Builders in Cedar Falls in 2022, and overall we had a really positive experience throughout the process. The Panther team did a great job making the process feel organized and manageable from start to finish. One of the things we appreciated most was the communication. When deciding to move to the area from out of state we checked out several builders. Panther was our choice and we have no regrets. They worked with us from choosing the lot to paint colors and everything in between. Mason was exceptionally helpful throughout the process and we are very grateful for all that he has done.
