We hired Panther BBQ to cater our daughters wedding. They were fantastic to work with, professional and friendly and reasonably priced. The food was fantastic, from the brisket to the pulled pork and if you’ve never had their jalapeño Mac and cheese then you are missing out! Everyone raved and nobody went hungry that’s for sure. Janna and Shane helped make the special day perfect, after all a key piece to a good wedding is great food and they absolutely delivered! Unfortunately I can’t give anything higher then 1 star. My daughter & I tried your food today at the Festival in Nose Creek Park in Airdrie for Canada Day, for 2 sandwiches was $32 before tip or anything else. It was wrapped in something that’s meant to keep these warm/hot, I live literally right beside Nose Creek Park. So I thought “Hey I’ll bring all 3 of my kids over here for dinner”. Wonderful BBQ. We’ve taste-tested quite a few of their ribs. We lived in the Deep South for a spell and it’s great to get such good BBQ here in Alberta!
Amazing BBQ food truck! The meat is always so flavourful and cooked perfectly. Friendly service and great food I’ll definitely be back any chance I get!
