Tried to make appointment because I can hardly breath, cants stop coughing and throwing up but rand 2 minutes after 12, no appointments, I asked could I not just be squeezed in as it is urgent their response “no”. Very well organized health centre no problem here
Absolutely the worst treatment you can ever imagine. Everyone from the receptionists to the medical staff is completely inept in every conceivable way.
I tried to reach them on the phone from 8.30am to 10.30am this morning but they did not answer their phones. I was in number 20 in the que, and I insisted and waited for my turn to come, and when it was my turn the phone was ringing but no one even picked it up! I called again and again, get in the que again and again, but at the end same thing happened nobody answered the call!! I was still waiting to reach out to somebody after trying 2 hours but at the end the phone line was cut off! Is this a joke?? This is not acceptabl... read more
