My mother has struggled to get her refills approved in a timely manner and this office and doctor never gives her pre-authorized refills. She has to call every month and when she does, she trusts that they will do their job; but they don’t. Can't reach him for critical prescription refill for more than four days!!! What kind of doctor is this that can't be contacted? Doesn't his office return patient calls? GOING THROUGH WITHDRAWAL NOW FOR CRITICAL MEDICATION AFFECTING SLEEP AND DAILY FUNCTIONING.
