Owner publicly embarrasses customers for their legitimate issues. For someone running such a poor operation with stale bagels and extremely high prices should think twice. Unacceptable behavior and a true lack of professionalism.
The bagels are huge! And fresh and delicious :) Karen was very kind and generous with my order…Thank you!!!
Service are very bad
I got a flagel and it is burnt to a crisp I can’t even bite into it! Unfortunately I took it to go home and I’m not going back…totally wasted $7… I think their toaster is broken, might want to fix it ASAP! Disappointed
