I ordered the Danny Burrito. As I was waiting for my food, I saw the lady making my order hand someone a rolled up dollar bill through the wall cutout with the same gloves she was wearing to roll my breakfast burrito! Honestly, that made me lose my excitement and appetite for the food. In all fairness, it was hard to see if she changed her gloves afterward, since she was behind a wall. This place is my home away from home. Good people here
called to order before hand, was placed on hold for 15 minutes, got there before even placing the order on the phone, there wasn’t even a line inside. ordered a bagel with egg and cheese and turkey bacon. my bagel came out and it was wrong, it had ketchup for some reason.
Just left, got two egg bagels with butter and a turkey bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. The Bagels are hefty and fresh. Nothing beats a piping hot Egg bagel with butter!
Owner publicly embarrasses customers for their legitimate issues. For someone running such a poor operation with stale bagels and extremely high prices should think twice. Unacceptable behavior and a true lack of professionalism.
