Quick and painless! Everyone was awesome and helpful. Ordered dirty blue stone, they were able to deliver same day, driver was friendly and knew exactly what he needed to do. Dropped the stone within 4 min of arrival. Happy customer ! Thank you!
God help you if you need fill rocks from the crew outside. Be ready to get yelled and cursed out for bothering the workers. Staff in front are super helpful but falls apart getting your stuff.
We use Pantano periodically to purchase landscape materials, tools, equipment, lighting etc. The plant material is always top notch. They have it all!! Its always an excellent experience. The employees are friendly and responsive.
Bought an expensive Japanese Maple and came with Verticillium wilt, a non curable fungus infection…….. no refund, no other discounts, no returns was allowed even every body knows was a chronic infection and nothing related to me.
