Have been going to Pantano Outdoor for years, front staff Nick and Bobby are excellent to work with. Guys doing the loading are fast respectfull and always attentive. They handle my snow removal plows as well as pool coping and pavers.

I spent over $35,000 in materials here, and the service has been nothing short of a nightmare. One person doesn’t know what the next is doing, making the entire process disorganized and frustrating. We ordered Techo-Bloc Terrazzo slabs, and getting a simple delivery from these folks was incredibly difficult. When the delivery finally arrived, the order was incomplete, yet they still had the nerve to charge the full delivery fee. I made a delivery here today. Very friendly staff, yard is well organized. They definitely have the right equipment for the job.
Ordered 2 yards of 3/4 red. I was told that I would be notified by the driver ten minutes prior to delivery. No notificatiom. Prior to that I called pantano to get a rough idea when my delivery would be arriving. I was told not before 2 pm. Delivery arrived at 12:30. How about a little courtesy.
