I came in last week for gel dip powder or an acrylic set, and after telling them this repeatedly, I was essentially forced to do Gel X, which I had never done and did not want to try for the first time before a special trip. Ouch! I called and asked if I could get a gel manicure. Around 7:45. Google says 9pm closure. They said yes. I show up 5 mins later and suddenly they can no longer do my nails—they’re closing. Very unprofessional and sad. Can’t help but wonder if race had something to with. I wish people realized how painful this is to experience, over and over again. Anyway- found a different place that did a great job!

Charges $98 plus tip with below mediocre mani/pedi, massage is just lotioning-no massage, and they do not scrub feet, apparently that's extra! When asked for discount on price, NO was the answer! Save your money people!!

I have been to this salon twice and after this last experience I will not be going back. I made an appointment for my mother and I to have mani/pedi/massage. We were 5 minutes late and were told to come back 45 minutes later because of our late arrival. I have never been late before. I will take my business elsewhere.
