terrible service. the first time my partner and I got our tank filled when we moved into our apartment they filled the wrong tank, we called they told us they had not… waited a whole week for them to come back and fix their mistake. we called a few months ago to be put on the 90 day delivery so we don’t run out of cooking propane. they never showed up to fill our tank. we ran out. Panstar delivered propane on time. The serviceman was very nice.
Amazing and friendly service. We were not on an automatic delivery and ran out of gas which we use for water and heating the house. They delivered in a major snowstorm on a Sunday afternoon. We are so happy with the way we were being treated and would whole-heartedly recommend Panstar to anyone seeking amazing customer service and reliability.
