Art is a great negotiator and a damn good lawyer. He is fair, knowledgeable, and flexible. Well worth your money. My family and I worked with Art for about a year and a half on a real estate related case. We bought a mountain cabin and the sellers did not disclose structural problems. It was a nightmare. I used Mrt. Pansing's services from 2010-2012 in an employment case. Mr. Pansing proved he knew little of employment law and was exceptionally slow to proceed with the case. The judgue quickly dismissed the case and I felt misled through the process. I did not find Mr. Pansing to be professional.
