Been here exactly 2 hrs and still haven't seen the Dr. The ONLY good thing about this experience has been Claudia the scheduler! What is the point of making an appt?
Worse group of staff ever, won't answer the phone to make appointments, tried calling for 3 days nothing will b e reporting to IEHP don't bother with them period
Dr.Panse is an awful doctor! He performed a reattachment of my achilles tendon surgery on me without me signing a consent form. The nurse told me not to sign the form until the doctor comes in to speak to me about the surgery and how he will be performing the surgery that day. The doctor never came in to speak to me or came to see me after the surgery I was admitted to the hospital and they had to call my husband to get consent to admit me to the hospital and also to get verbal consent for the surgery that had already be don... read more
Horrible Dr.Panse didn't even let me talk and ask questions,looked at my MRI mubbled something then left the room,he was with me for not even 30 seconds will not be going back.
So far this Dr. has been very strait to the point when talking. He is not much of a talker at all but seems to know what he is doing. He is pleasant and i understand his plan for me. He is having me get approvals and test done by other Dr's in preparation for my hip replacement surgery. So far so good. UPDATE : I had my Hip Replacement surgery. This Dr. did a wonderful job!!! The Dr. dose not chit chat at all. He is very serious and focused on your surgery. I will now have him do my other hip replacement next.
