Never had any problems with Bret. He just charged the a/c up in my car and topped the oil off for 54 dollars. He is very fair on his prices. I would recommend stopping by and asking when he can do whatever before dropping your car off. He is busy. Locals here in town Know this place.

Hello. I just wanted to let folks know about the outstanding service I received from Bret and the guys at Pansa's Automotive in Momence. I had been to other mechanics in the area who gouged me because of the car I drove, etc. However, I have been treated excellently at Pansa's and found their prices to be more than fair especially compared to a dealership. Pansa's has replaced the engine, rebuilt the front-end, and swapped all the fluids for synthetic in my truck over the last year. Everything has exceeded my expectations...... read more

Beware of very dishonest business! Owner charged twice the amount that he originally quoted to repair vehicle. When confronted, he and his wife were verbally and physically confrontational. He would not back down and we ended up paying more for a repair than what the vehicle is worth. We are filing a complaint with the BBB today as well. When we left in tears because we cannot afford this dishonesty, the owner and his wife were laughing at us.
