They fix things other than TVs!!! I had, for about 6 years, been looking for a cord adapter or somebody who could make a cord adapter for a foam Halloween pumpkin that my Mom had given me about 20 years ago. My good (ugly and cheap but bright) desk lamp had broken too. It lit, but the place the lens screwed onto the lamp had crumbled from old age. I was referred to Pans, and within 1 week they had fixed BOTH. And the bill was really low. I don't like to replace stuff...I like the stuff I have and prefer to have it fixed. Pan... read more

They did not think it important to try to get my T V working, because they said they had to sort there parts 1st and then they would call me . I'm sure they have a lot of parts for a6 month old Sony that was shipped in my name? They should at least hire someone with with customer skills. Not we'll call when were ready.folks before today were nice.9/23/10
