I recommend steering clear from using this company. The owner is a great “salesman” and will be everything you want in a contractor (on time, seem knowledgeable, communicative), UNTIL he gets your money. Then that communication will slow & then lies and excuses will surface. We are not local so doing a remodel is not always easy but Wyatt and staff were very flexible, professional and accommodating, giving us plenty of updates through our rental house kitchen remodel. We plan to use them again for other projects in the future.
Contracted Panos Contracting to remodel our bathroom in a 1 bathroom condo at Pebble Beach, Emerald Isle. This remodel was a total gut, removing old tub and shower and replacing with a walk-in tile shower, vanity, toilet, and all drywall. We had a separate contract with a cabinet maker to make the vanity that began on May 27th. Panos Contracting began work on July 1st. Vanity was to take 3 weeks, bathroom, 2 weeks.
