I came here for a second opinion because my initial experience with a psychiatrist left me misdiagnosed and unheard. Diana listened to all of my struggles and collaborated with me to come up with a treatment plan that I am comfortable with and a diagnosis that I agree with based on my lived experience. I highly recommend her.
Moved to Deer Park almost two years ago from Phoenix. There, I had a wonderful group of psychiatric NPs that had their own clinic. Loved them. Was so happy to find something similar in Spokane! Really like Jennifer Shaw, she’s professional and understood that I was stable with my bipolar and just needed to continue my medication therapy. Totally recommend anyone to try this group. It can be frustrating to find good help, especially a new one when you’ve found the right person before, and they have been great.
I cannot recommend Nicole Miner enough. Finding a mental health provider who truly listens can be incredibly difficult, and Nicole has been exactly that for me. She takes the time to hear my concerns, asks thoughtful questions, and genuinely makes me feel like I’m part of the decision-making process instead of just being told what to do. I have been experiencing an EXTREME lack of communication between the reception and providers and I. I have to pester at least 2 different people every time I try to contact them for medication refills, and I have had numerous issues with the billing as well, with them charging at random times with zero previous notice. I urge anyone looking to take themselves or their children here to look elsewhere.
