I have been experiencing an EXTREME lack of communication between the reception and providers and I. I have to pester at least 2 different people every time I try to contact them for medication refills, and I have had numerous issues with the billing as well, with them charging at random times with zero previous notice. I urge anyone looking to take themselves or their children here to look elsewhere. I have worked with Jackie for years now and she is incredible! As a therapist, this is the primary place I send clients for all of their assessment/ medication needs. They have always been compassionate and professional. I love the ability to text/ book online, and their long / thorough intakes.

I adore Tara and all she’s done for me at this practice in the short time I’ve worked with her! It’s incredibly hard to find psychiatrists and therapists that specialise in trauma and dissociative focused care and as someone with disorders many psychiatrists can’t effectively treat or recognise it’s amazing to have one that so strongly understands my issues compared to prior treatment I’ve received.
