Great product! I have two sets in my house (2 panel and 4 panel) and both are wonderful. Customer service was very helpful as well when I had a warranty item come up.
Humrorus update: Company finally suggested a tech who knows their product. Lol. Came out. Spent 2 hours. Charged 1k. Didn't fix much, said I need 3k more in repairs. Left. Still have a pretty worthless product. Faulty product, worst customer support I've ever seen. I've been struggling with my purchase of 4 separate units (20 doors) purchased directly from panoramic, installed by panoramic (they did support them in the first 6 months, and oversaw a complete reinstall)- yet have never worked the entire time I've owned them. LOVE love love our Panoramic Door!! There is nothing better than being able to see such a wide view of our gorgeous view from our living room. They were amazing to work with and the product is solid and definitely worth the price.
We love the versatility of our panoramic door. Our experience with the team was outstanding. I highly recommend to anyone building or remodeling. It is light weight and easy to use unlike other doors we tried.
We love our Panoramic Doors and from start to finish Steve was great with design process and the doors arrived in perfect shape and on time!
