We highly recommend Panoramic doors and the Trident Windows and doors team. We looked into La Cantina, Windor, and other door manufactures and installers. Derek was great! He guided us through the assessment process and our options and the end result is perfect. We went with panoramic doors for various reasons, but the simplicity of the doors sold us. Me and my wife were thinking about getting the Panoramic door for a while. I looked up the locals dealers and found Derek in Laguna Beach. When I talked to Derek he was very friendly and professional, provided me with all the information i needed in order to make right decision. The purchase and delivery process was also seamless! I would recommend Derek to anyone who is considering buying new doors/windows.
I wish I didn’t purchase this door. The door was installed 2 years ago. Months later there was a gap in the door so we had service come repair it. Fast forward a year and now the last door doesn’t open. When you call “customer service”, YOU have to track down and email all of the company’s customer info like date of purchase, date of install, the invoice THEY gave you, etc. I shouldn’t have to do their job. Derek in the Laguna Beach show room was awesome and helped us with every step of this process. The product is amazing and these doors changed the layout of our house. We feel we gained square footage and love that our backyard is now a part of the living space. Great priduct!!!
