Recently our small dog caused damage to the seals of our panoramic doors when she accidentally got locked into our home and was trying to get outside. I contacted Derek at Panoramic Doors regarding the situation and although installation and service isn’t his responsibility he was happy to fix the issue for me. Derek came out to our home the next day and replaced the seals free of charge. Derek is professional, easy going and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you Derek I appreciate the service and quick response.
Great customer service and an amazing product. We remolded our home about 5 years ago with HGTV- "Puppy Palace" episode. The Panoramic door was the game changer that made the project amazing! We use it EVERY day. Simple to use and it really opened the existing space to make it look and feel 10 times bigger than it is. I highly recommend the product to my friends and neighbors and to anyone who wants to maximize their space.
I don’t have photos right now but my experience with Derek Jenkins was an excellent one. He was professional, nice, and overall was a wonderful experience. I’ve had no issues with my doors and would recommend to anyone who’s looking !

He is very responsive in returning your calls, messages .the contractor he recommended were all great and he stays in touch with them and keeps himself up to date with the project I would highly recommend him for great service .
