Bought a home with these installed. The previous owner was kind enough to leave the paperwork. The doors seem to come off the track (scary given how heavy they are), they gap at the top and yet are incredibly hard to pull closed. The screen says as well. Getting support has been met with no response - I wasn't even trying to say under warranty either. They finally got back to me after I already have a replacement in motion. Wouldn't recommend
This panoramic door company is awful. I purchased 2 folding doors with screens at a substantial cost last winter for a new house I am building. After they arrived, I spent several hours trying to install the doors to realize that all the panels were out of square. I filed a warranty claim with panoramic without any response from the company. Everyone I have dealt with in this company has lied to me. I wish I had never done business with them and I have not even received my order! The salesman pressured me to order well before we needed delivery, claiming a backlog. Then I get a call demanding final payment a god 4 months before I need the doors. On top of that they we threatening to charge me $200/week to store them.. I wish I had never done business with them.
DO NOT BUY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I own a high end, custom homebuilding company, and we installed these doors into our personal home. We opted for them over a more reliable brand, such as Andersen, Marvin, or Pella, because we liked the operation of the doors and how each panel could operate independently. We did all of our due diligence before purchasing these doors, even traveling to Denver (we live in MN) to see the doors and their function in person.
