We are so happy with our new windows from Panorama Windows. They look beautiful and the reduction in sound is really noticeable. All of the people that I interacted with, from emails to the actual installation, were so helpful and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend going with Panorama!

We asked Panorama to fix service/repair several Tilt and Turn windows in our apartment. Their service was poor, they never fully completed the repairs, and they added in several unexplained up-charges for “consultations” after we continued to experience issues. I strongly recommend you avoid using their services.

After researching and receiving consultations and quotes from 3 companies I went with Panorama to replace 4 windows in my southwest facing living room apartment. The windows were at least 40 years old, wind whipped in during the winter, despite blackout shades and AC it was broiling in the summer and dust was relentless. I have nothing but praise for the crew who worked on my project, but the billing office is a total trainwreck. It was a complicated project in a prewar apartment, and in all fairness the project had to be split into three separate phases. In working through the estimate for the third phase, I noted that they'd improperly included a windowpane that had already been completed in an earlier phase (it is possible I am misremembering, and that the second pane was something we decided not to do).
