Great staff. Sally organised my referral from Dr Omenka doctors @ Southport Park, which I foregot to bring. Thanks Sally went again today for cortisone injection. Dr Sam & Ashley were amazing as all staff there. Fabulous practice. Just went again 31st march. Can't say enough about girls at reception. Very very very helpful
Had an MRI here yesterday, staff are so lovely and polite. Results were actually back to my Dr 2hrs later, but it was the pleasant staff that really impressed me
On their website they claim "Bulk Billing of Most Medicare-Eligible Referrals" and they pay for Google Ads to attract customers searching for bulk billed ultrasound and search results show sponsored link "Ultrasound Scan Gold Coast - Bulk Billing". This is completely false as they do not bulk bill Ultrasound. I have referral from GP for Ultrasound with MBS items number 55036 and I was told there is a gap fee of $190, hence for a simple ultrasound they charge a total of $404 (Medicare fee of $114 + gap fee $190). I honestly can’t believe how much better I feel since getting Euflexxa. Before the injections,walking up and down stairs, felt like a struggle. The pain was always there, and I had just learned to live with it. After the injections I don’t even think about it anymore. I can move freely, without that constant ache It’s like I have my life back! The team are also amazing, so professional and caring. They explained everything to me and genuinely cared about my progress.
Very professional, attentive, caring and friendly. I highly recommend them may God bless them all.
