Panorama Point was an unexpected surprise as I was parking for the Raccoon Trail trailhead and there it was. It has a beautifully constructed and maintained (handicap accessible) walkway and observation deck. The view is stunning and takes in a huge swath of mountains. You can use this location as a jumping off spot for many trails of varying difficulty and length or, just enjoy the view and picnic tables in the area.
