I went with a dear friend to her first appt to this facility at Panerama after her surgery. It was very loud, unprofessional and she was intimidated by the loudness and lack of professionalism by the receptionist and one of the patients. Their personal conversation just went on and on. Hopefully things get better from here but the initial visit was lacking . The PT takes place out in the open and can be intimidating. Perhaps they should take into account with everyone so close in proximity.
I enjoyed working with John. Very patient and is a good encourager…no whip 🤪🤩
