Pretty sure the therapist was talking trash about me to another therapist while in the middle of PT very loudly.
Doctor recommended this place for PT for my wrist. The care was very mediocre. I was given a handful of exercises to perform at home, all which would easily be found on YouTube. They charged my insurance $528 per 30 minute session. I was paying $75 per session at the time of my visits, and was never verbally told that the sessions could end up costing me more, lots more. I have received far more hands on care for much more affordable prices elsewhere. I hate to leave a bad review, but I would most certainly go elsewhere.
Ross D (Highlands Ranch location) is a very knowledgeable and compassionate PT Technician. I am dealing with a new’ish intermittent pain two years after a TKR and he was able to diagnose the issue and is helping me to set up a plan to address it.
