Terrible! The doctors may be good, they might suck. I don’t know because I can’t get into see one. I had an appt. To see Dr. Wente at 6:50 pm (actually left a diner appt early to make the appt), and after waiting an hour and 15 minutes they finally took me back to a room. I asked how much longer before I could see the doctor. The nurse said probably 45 min to an hour. So at best he was 2 to 2 1/2 hours behind. I am in utter disbelief that a doctors staff would treat a patient so horribly. The staff is unhappy and must hate their jobs as well. They continually had my records wrong and scheduled me for surgery when I was told to HOLD OFF due to health reasons as the outcome would not be good at this time yet the staff was insistent on scheduling my surgery immediately against the doctor wishes. I have been a patient for approx. 3 years at Panorama Orthopedic and Spine Center. I have seen various doctors for different injuries. I have no complaints with the Doctors I've seen, but have had some awful experiences with staff in the scheduling, billing, and prior authorization departments. It is very upsetting to me to have my treatment delayed because of incompetent employees, and /or the lack of communications between the necessary departments to complete a task that they have been trained at. Panorama's customer service is terrible. The order the doctor wrote for my MRI was for the wrong shoulder so another order had to be written for the correct shoulder (more of time). I never got an apology admitting the mistake. Since they didn't pick up the phone, I left them a message about their error and asked them to call me back to verify my CHART has been corrected to the correct shoulder... and all I get back is crickets! Last year my son had wrist issues. Here is his story. I took him in on a Monday to Golden with hopes of getting an MRI. He's a baseball player and I wanted to find out the issue quickly. Our first visit we met with a very nice nurse. She said it was probable cartilage damage, and we would get an x-ray and she would wrap it. RecommendedDr. McNair and the staff at panorama are professional, kind, compassionate, and took the time to explain the issues and present the choices I had regarding my knee condition. Dr. McClure has performed a surgical procedure on my other knee and it was a complete success.
Great doctor. Super nice and professional. So were all the techs and check in people. they also work great with self pay individuals and have treatment options. Don't think twice about getting you or your loved ones checked out here.
