I drove an hour each way to their clinic in June and it was a wasted visit because they had not received the osteoporosis report my doctor's office sent them then I have tried for 3 months - leaving 6 messages to get a return call telling me if they have received the bone density report yet from my doctor. No response. I have heard Dr Miller is good but his office is not. I am canceling future appointments
Everything seemed professional, knowledgeable and caring. However I forgot to ask about the blood tests Dr Miller ordered and I provided. He did not review them with me. Also, two calls I made to his office ended up in voice mail. I asked for a call back and never got one. Otherwise, everything was satisfactory. Also, I do hope, as he promised to do, Dr Miller sends a report to my PA-Linda Typer.
