I was ten minutes later for my appointment, so they took me into the room, talked me through what I was about to get done, then told me I had to leave because I already missed my whole appointment, between waiting in the front and then her talking to me and my slight lateness. She told me to leave without receiving any treatment, and I started to cry as I'm disabled and it was very hard for me to get down there and do all of this just to be turned away at the very last minute.
