This has to be the worst experience ever me and my husband and our 10 year old daughter came to stay here the rooms are horrible they have mice cockroaches the rooms aren't even clean the rates change every day and on top of that the maintenance do Tony literally trying to pocket extra money from the rooms from what I pay every day I actually caught him stealing $20 from me when I went to pay for my room in the office the main manager seen it on camera and still just let it go if it was nothing!!!! Panorama motel be came my second home in the beginning I thought it was some run down motel in ghetto but after being there a couple of days it's not even what I thought management was just so amazing and works with you if you are just honest with them housekeeping do amazing cleaning the rooms are completely out of date but you know what they bust there ass to make sure them rooms are completely spotless and feel like home when you walk in the door and they go out of there way to make sure you are comfortable with all the ... read more
Tubs are messed up. Gotta be something with the sewage línes, añd they won't give you a discount for it. Í have tried boric acid and all. Rats are bad.. Hot water heater ñót up to code
This place had so many roaches in rm #1. I woke up with roaches on the bed with me it was like that movie joes apt! I couldnt believe they would even rent that room out to anyone. Tub was big room was pretty big and theres a kitchen of its own even a walk in closet which couldve easily been used as a bedroom! There was foos left in the cabinets like laying out. If it wasn't for the loud upstairs people above our room I would actually rate this hotel five stars. Now the main reasons I say this is because the hotel might be out dated a little but the respect and love you feel from the entire employee base makes you feel just that ...loved and welcome. The rooms are clean and neat but feels like 90s which are good for longer stays.
