1. No instantaneous hot water - we were a group of 8 (2 families) and struggled to get some decent showers 2. Linen - we ended up with skin issues from x2 bedrooms - not sure if the linen actually gets replaced after every visit, as we were expected to launder our linen that had a few drops of blood from a toddler’s nose bleed on the last night of our stay. 3.
