I had never heard of Panorama eye care until I received the data breach letter. This is what happens when you hire second third parties to manage facets of a service care business. If CEOs would designate more money to screen & hire IT professionals who have ONE job…to keep our private data safe, this wouldn’t happen. At the local level, how can you collect our data and hand it over to parties we have zero knowledge of (except in multiple pages of fine print?) without making sure customer data is a priority…before profit?

The formally world class Cheyenne Eye Care & Surgery sold out to the Panorama Eye Care franchise in Fort Collins, Colorado. It's now run as a "fast food" assembly line operation with customer service close to nonexistent, doctor staff eliminated to bare bones, and greater demands made on the two-day a week visiting doctors to process nearly 100 patients a day, with technicians now giving eye injections so the doctors have more time to process even more patients. I got a letter from them about a security breach. And I have never even been a patient there? I called and got absolutely no answers.
