Terrible products and terrible customer service. They won't stand behind their products or their warranty. I paid extra for a double wrapped vapor barrier. After 2 years i discovered micro holes in the barrier which was slowly taking on water. Their customer service is a joke and so are their products.

Their covers are garbage and they won't stand behind their warranty. Paid extra for a double wrapped vapor barrier only to discover 2 years later that there were micro holes that slowly took on water over time. Poor customer service, and even worse product. SPAMATE Panorama Cabana.

stay away – As the others have iterated, I would never buy a product from these guys. I bought a cover and in about a year, the one side filled with water. I spoke to the guys and they told me to look and see if the water was inside the bag that surrounded the insulation and if so, I could just relieve the bag of water and get back in contact with them. When I called them back, they said they needed to see photos of the insulation wrapped in plastic with the water surrounding the bag. They said I also have to send photos ind... read more

This company made our spa cover which is too large for our spa and now they won't do anything about it. We keep getting the run around. The owner was also very rude. When spending $400+ on something, you don't want to gamble on this company. Check the internet under SpaMate.com and SpaCoverBuyDirect.com (they are all the same company as Panorama Cabana) and you will see that we aren't the only customers that feel this way. Do your homework and avoid the situation we are now in. Stay away from this company!

When spending in excess of $400, you want to be sure that you are working with a credible company. Panorama Cabana (AKA Spa Mate and SpaCoverBuyDirect.com) is friendly and helpful making a sale but after the sale, forget it. Our spa cover was custom made but arrived 5 inches too large. The owner of this company is rude and will not do anything about it. After taking tons of photos and spending almost 5 hours on the phone, all he says is his company has been in business for over 30 years and has NEVER had a cover not fit. Oh,... read more

We have a spa cover from SPA COVER BUY DIRECT, and it is still under warranty. The company has come up with several different excusses not to honor the warranty. They have a low quality item, that will not last 5 years, but they offer a 5 year warranty. Our previous cover lasted 12 years. You get what you pay for. The factory cover was a HOTSPRINGS cover, that was superior. We wasked if they would fix the rotted stitching, but they refused. Once they have your money, they could care less.

PANORAMA CABANA INC. AKA SPA MATE. I noticed the reviews listed are from people who have only owned their SPA COVERS for a short time. We purchased ours in 2006, but it is still within warranty. That's FUNNY-What WARRANTY! We founf out today that the WARRANTY is useless. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. THE QUALITY IS POOR. THE THREADS HAVE STARTED TO ROT.
