My apartment is wonderful. Spacious design with tons of closets and cabinets. My experience over the 6 months I have been here is more than satisfactory. The grounds are clean and the landscaping is well taken care of. The maintenance team was fast and helpful. Ashley, the previous mgr efficiently assisted me with my application and move in. On November 9, 2024, I applied for Rogers Unit A304 because it is an available unit on the website. The system would not allow me to upload documents to show income and rental history although it did allow me to pay the $20 app fee and the $200 holding fee. I emailed asking if I needed to provide anything else. I drove over on the 9th, but the office was closed and a sign was posted saying the office is closed on Sunday (the 10th) and Veterans Day (11/11/2024). Stay aw a from this trashy place. Management is horrible. The crime rate has gone way up since this place has opened. It's the ghetto
I'm not really sure how this place stays in business. I have left multiple phone messages and sent multiple emails. No response. I even stopped by the leasing office and they told me I had to contact them via the webpage. I have hit a dead end on the archaic website and I am going to give up trying to apply for an apartment at this place.
