Hola les doy 5 estrellas porque el lugar es muy bonito para vivir pero sería genial que repararán los daños en el gimnasio porque los que hacemos buen uso de el no tenemos la culpa de que otras personas causen los daños además no hay jabón líquido en el dispensador y el mal olor es insoportable
I am not. Surprised by the negative reviews, the management is treating tenants like their employees. Like they are doing micro management, while themselves are not even professionals in their field. Why is that HNN leadership allowed these employees. It’s the worst leasing manager I have seen in my life
overall experience was negative. they refused to do their jobs, dog crap all over and gets cleaned up once a month at best. trash cans overflowed for days in a row. the amenities like the pool were closed for over half my lease, even in the hottest part of summer because they didnt want to deal with it. they had apartmets office packages delivered to my door for a year and did nothing to stop or fix the problem. moved out at end of lease and they are trying to charge me $900 dollars for rent, and i wasnt even in the apartmen... read more
A Wonderful Place to Call Home Living at Panorama Apartments has been such a wonderful experience, and I’m genuinely sad to be leaving. Like anywhere, there were the occasional minor inconveniences But honestly, those moments were few and far between, and nothing that took away from the overall positive experience of living here. I lived there for 3 years and have seen a lot. I have seen over 6 rotations of different office staff/ maintenance staff. When we first moved in our unit was clean and anything we asked to get fixed, they did it promptly. This is low income housing so some of the residents act accordingly. But you also have lovely families just trying to give their children a great opportunity at great schools and minding their business.
