I lived there for 3 years and have seen a lot. I have seen over 6 rotations of different office staff/ maintenance staff. When we first moved in our unit was clean and anything we asked to get fixed, they did it promptly. This is low income housing so some of the residents act accordingly. But you also have lovely families just trying to give their children a great opportunity at great schools and minding their business. I have been living in this place for over a year and I have had super bad experiences, from loud noises all night from the neighbors above where I am, to the children offending me, to them stealing my packages that arrive at the door, garbage everywhere, property destroyed by the children and cars damaged by the same children and the administration does nothing, does not fine them, does not give them warnings, it is a shame if they give you an apartment in the block with the letter K, forget it, I do not recommend it, you wi... read more
