Our experience was disappointing from start to finish. They were inflexible about verifying tribal income, adding unnecessary work. The dog park was full of waste and the kids’ area was equally mushy. Trash disposal was uphill impractical for those at the bottom or with health issues. I had a disappointing experience with the leasing process. I applied for a unit and I was told by the leasing agent that I could not view the unit I applied for because it “may not be ready.” However, when I drove by, the unit was clearly vacant. And when I applied it said I could move in next day. The agent claimed the tenant hadn’t moved out. And that was not true. All the people there are just so sweet my Bestie in there the one way you open the door and the one on your first left or right I don’t know my left or right it’s crazy. She loves to talk to me. I love to talk to her she’s my Bestie and all the people in there are so sweet. They gave me candy and yeah, I love to go in there. I love it.
I have lived here for over 3 years. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because when I put in for a transfer to a bigger apartment I was denied because the size of my family didn’t grow bigger. With that being said Chris is my favorite employee there and he has gone above and beyond for me. Otherwise great apartments no other complaints.
Panorama Apartments has so much potential. Snoqualmie is a beautiful, family-focused town, and the apartments are spacious, modern, and comfortable. It truly should be a wonderful place for working-class families like ours to call home. Unfortunately, even though we’ve only lived here for two months, we’ve already experienced, and heard from long-time tenants, that the K building has had serious issues for years.
