I had an awful experience with Dr. Edwards. Went because I was in extreme pain and was told that it was normal and nothing could be done about it. I left with no help and no answers. So glad I followed my gut feeling and got a second opinion. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Dr. Brittany was absolutely amazing.. She answered all my questions & really understood my concerns. Very sweet & gentle with my kiddo. My daughter loved her as well. The front desk staff were very friendly. The nurse that took our vitals was also very friendly. Overall this was a great first experience with this clinic / doctor.
The only person that was nice was the nurse that took my weight and blood pressure. Receptionist was rude and made a joke about my paperwork to a staff member ; dr/ practitioner, very rude. She barely introduced herself, came in for 1 min 45secs max and acted like I was an inconvenience for her. I missed a previous apt b/c I didn’t have a ride and I hope that isn’t why the atmosphere was so stank.
