I was brought up and taught that if you can't say anything "GOOD ABOUT SOMEONE OR SOMETHING, THEN JUST SAY NOTHING"...so I always keep my mouth shut about PANOLA HARRISON ELECTRIC. I have truly thought about running my home on generators, it might cost more but I would have much better service. I have had to use them for over 45 years and, well again I MUST KEEP MY MOUTH SHUT.....LOL

Overpriced and Out-of-Date. Twice as much as other utility companies and a faulty infrastructure that experiences frequent outages. Terrible company.

3/22/22 went to town for groceries, meds , & other about 1:00pm.. Saw crews ALL busy working to restore service off since 1:00am. I work hard & expect others the same & NEVER sit on their dead butt!! I saw busy by the bunches & not one standing around trying to look important! Really proud of ALL you folks! You gave your very best! To whomever, please let them know. Sincerely, F.G. This company is a joke. My brothers electric was cut off so I agreed to help him. When we called (it was after 5pm) we were told we could make the payment online then call back with the confirmation number and someone would be out to reconnect. WRONG!!! When we called back to give the confirmation number we were told it had to be paid to the lineman by money order when he came out to reconnect. So I gave my brother cash to get a money order.
