Pure rudeness. – First of all, I'll be honest and say this review is NOT about the food. I didn't even get the chance to stay and eat it. The service was so bad that my boyfriend and I got up and walked out before ordering. The hostess had zero personality and didn't even tell us to follow her, just asked how many and then walked away. Unbeknownst to us, we were supposed to follow her to our table. The waiter wasn't friendly in the least and my boyfriend even mentioned his grumpy mood to me after he brought us our menus. The... read more

Save your taste buds and wallet the heart ache by opening a can of Chef Boyardee‎ – I ordered the Italian simpler I get a chance to try several taste. I'm a lover of good Italian eats so my saliva glands were on overdrive waiting to the meal. When the meal arrived you and after a few bits, I head directly to the seasonings. Adding lots and lots of seasonings. Very, very bland taste. Basically olive oil on noodles. At $18, I'll be heading to Carrabbas Italian Restaurant to save a few bucks and receive a meal worth eating. If ... read more

EVEN THE OWNER WAS RUDE – My mother is an authentic Italian cook. Their food is the only restuarant I've ever found in any city that comes close to hers. But here is the one problem--my table of 6 ladies were told by another waiter "If you were planning on settling up the bill, I'd encourage you to do so." We were so shocked we asked the owner/manager what was that about. He said (direct quote), "I have a more lucrative table of 10 coming in and I need that space. Plus you've been here for 2 hours, that's enough." WOW! AND H... read more

Best Italian in Orlando for the price! – I have worked in restaurants most of my life and I must say This place is pretty good. Food is good. Quality is good. There is just this one guy that works there. He just doesn't look happy to be there and he seems rude to everyone. I can't tell if he's a server or a cook or a manager because I see him doing a different job every day. Three weeks ago I saw him make a customer cry. Now that customer might have been overy emotional but still. I do have to give this place high regards be... read more

THE BEST OF PARK AVE – Pannuulo's has been serving my family and friends for 15 years and keeps getting better, There is no turnover of staff and the same ownership has been working the floor for the entire time. If you are tired of getting ripped off every time you eat out and oferpaying for small portions then this is the place to go. The take many different discounts and still you get hige portions and great quality. I am only sad that they are so popular we sometime have to wait 15-20 minutes for a table but go to the wi... read more

EAT YOUR FOOD OR SHUT UP! – My wife and I have dined at Pannullo's many times via the Entertainment book two-for-one program. Her favorite has always been Chicken Franco, with sherry wine, onions, mushrooms & artichoke hearts. She always orders the dish without the last two items and has always found it delicious. However, this time she took one taste and immediately disliked it. She normally wouldn't complain about such a thing, but she told the waiter that something was wrong with the dish. The waiter suggested that it was... read more

Disappointing Italian Cuisine – We went to Pannullo's for dinner after hearing some positive reviews. I have to say the food was extremely disappointing. It tasted as though the food had been cooked and then frozen. Maybe it was bad timing as it was the day after Christmas, but all the dishes we ordered were so bland tasting. The Calamari had no taste to resemble squid, the pasta with chicken had a piece of chicken that tasted as though it had not a bit of seasoning and was so incredibly tasteless. I hate to talk bad about a... read more

Hidden Treasure – From the moment you enter Pannullos, your dining experience begins. Gentle lighting and WWII ambience is a wlecome surprise in a town that seems predominantly glitz. The pleasant hostess will seat you promptly and your server appears quickly. The wine list is not extensive, but should cover every taste and budget. With many years experience in the restaurant field, I am more than a little critical of every aspect of dining out. I must tell you, I have nothing but high praise for Pannullo's! Incredible prese... read more

Flickering candles and funky art make Pannullo's is a relaxed alternative to more formal Italian spots. – In Short There are many Italian dishes to pick from, but many guests come for slices of Pannullo's gourmet pizzas: they're huge and stacked with toppings ranging from prosciutto and blackened chicken to sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes. Pasta dishes include ravioli terracini, filled with wild mushrooms and covered in smooth, delectable cream sauce. The Coppertino, tender veal wrapped in mozzarella, ricotta, and prosciut... read more
