Dr. Pannu is a very professional and kind gentleman. He explained to my wife and I the surgical procedure I need in detail. He also eased my mind about concerns I have for post surgery. What a careless and thoughtless desk worker. I was in a car accident and fractured my spine. My paperwork said I need to see this dr. I called, the lady immediately asked my insurance and said they didn't cover it and I'll have to find someone that does. My car insurance is what will cover it. You didn't bother to ask that. I told you I was in a car accident.
My sister is a patient and has received very good care for her broken back. The staff are very pleasant and accomodating.
