Worst customer service over the phone EVER! I’ve been neglected as a patient and because I’m a young male I can’t receive medication. My spine was broken and Dr.Pannu did my surgery on my spine. When I was released from the hospital with a major surgery done I was released and discharged without ANY medication not even Tylenol or ibuprofen. When other surgeons wouldn't help me, he saw me quickly and scheduled my surgery quickly and I recovered quickly!
Dr.Pannu, what can I say, he is the best Neurosurgeon for me. I have advanced Degenerative Disc Disease, I've had multiple surgeries on my spine, and had to have a Spinal Fusion in 2018, and now in 2021/2022, have to have a Cervical Fusion as I have multiple ruptures in my neck that are pushing against my Spinal Cord. The pain is excruciating, and we are having to reschedule my surgery multiple times because of Covid and the hospital not having any beds.
