What a careless and thoughtless desk worker. I was in a car accident and fractured my spine. My paperwork said I need to see this dr. I called, the lady immediately asked my insurance and said they didn't cover it and I'll have to find someone that does. My car insurance is what will cover it. You didn't bother to ask that. I told you I was in a car accident.
My sister is a patient and has received very good care for her broken back. The staff are very pleasant and accomodating.

Worst customer service over the phone EVER! I’ve been neglected as a patient and because I’m a young male I can’t receive medication. My spine was broken and Dr.Pannu did my surgery on my spine. When I was released from the hospital with a major surgery done I was released and discharged without ANY medication not even Tylenol or ibuprofen. I’ve complained about pain over and over I can hardly walk. Appointments are pushed back without notice.
