Stay away! Rajbir Pannu has zero awareness of customer service. Rajbir installed a heat pump at my house last year and it has not worked properly since. The heat pump is under labor and parts warranty and I have been chasing him to fix it for the last 3 months. The guy stopped responding to my calls and messages.
Pannu Gas service is top notch, very honest, reliable and so responsive. I called to schedule service and the job was done efficiently. Highly recommended.
4 guys came.....Got all my stuff done..... They did a lot of work.
Worst service ever, the guy they sent was not even close to qualified for the job, he mis-diagnosed the problem, charged me to fix it then complained about coming back to do what he was asked. I told him to keep the money. Do not call these scammers!!
