This is the WORST company ever! I'd give them 0 stars if that were possible. I paid my 50% deposit on June 29th. The windows were in shortly after and the installation date was set for Sept 9th. We got a phone call the morning of the 9th letting us know they couldn't install them. We rescheduled for a couple weeks later. They NO CALLED/NO SHOWED!!!! I am pretty sure that Joe Pannell and his company, Pannell's Installation, care more about larger commercial projects than residential ones, so don't be surprised if you are a small customer and are not treated fairly. My wife and I were very poorly treated and disrespected without any good explanation. Our project kept getting rescheduled and pushed back, probably because Joe wanted to prioritize his other larger projects and complete them first before resuming ours. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE I was an unemployed individual Family Man , Simply wanting to support my Daughter and Myself by earning an honest living.
