Dr. Pannell was my childhood dentist. When I was in my teens he performed a root canal on one of my teeth. It was an expensive and unnecessary procedure. He left it incomplete which became the beginning of a lifetime of dental issues for me as an adult including bone loss, bacterial infection, and 3 surgeries over the years to repair the damage done.
