Immense personal/individual care
The staff are phenomenal! Great teamwork & very friendly. They go the extra mile to please & turn a "tough situation" into the best possible! From the minute you step in the doors, they are well organized & it's a smooth process! They try very hard to coordinate everything which is important when you're traveling over 80 mi one way to get there.
Dr. Malalur and her staff are top notch. So personable and caring , so intelligent and efficient. Takes her time explaining everything so well. I would give her 1,000 stars if I could. She’s amazing and I’m truly blessed to have her as my oncologist.
